Brady Public Schools is seeking a motivated and dependable Coordinator of Transportation to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of our students. This position plays a vital role in coordinating bus routes, maintaining district vehicles, supporting driver training, and ensuring compliance with state requirements. Additional duties include supporting school operations as needed.
Qualifications include:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
CDL with a clean driving record
Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and computer operation
Ability to obtain a Bus Driver Permit
Strong communication and organizational skills
Position Details:
Hours: 40 hours a week

Brady Public Schools is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and community. This position will support the cleanliness of the new Brady Learning Center as well as additional areas of the school.
Position Details:
Hours: 3–4 hours per week
Starting Pay: $16/hour

Now Hiring: Bus Driver
Brady Public Schools
Brady Public Schools is seeking a responsible and safety-minded Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and school-sponsored activities. Our bus drivers play a critical role in creating a safe and positive start and end to each student’s school day.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes and schedules.
Transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
Follow all state and district transportation laws, policies, and safety procedures.
Maintain order and ensure student safety while riding the bus.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or concerns to the Transportation Coordinator.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with required endorsements.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Ability to pass all background checks and meet state safety requirements.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to student safety.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
