Brady Public Schools is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for a design-build renovation project focused on transforming our former library into a modern, flexible learning environment.
This renovation will support student learning and collaboration by creating a space that includes:
Classroom space
Collaborative learning areas
Functional storage solutions
Project Scope
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design-build solution, including:
Architectural design and planning
Interior layout and space optimization
Demolition and construction
Project management and coordination of all labor and materials
Compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
Project Timeline
