We had some very special visitors at BPS! 🐄🐖🐑🐴
Students had the opportunity to learn up close about a variety of farm animals, including a milk cow, different types of sheep (wool and hair), a pony, pigs, and even calves. We also heard all about Marvin and what it’s like living inside the house!
A huge thank you to Dakota Myers, Larea Thompson, and Ty & Malloree Barnes for taking the time to bring these animals in and share their knowledge with our students. Experiences like this bring learning to life!

Pet Therapy Dog Visit 🐾❤️
Our students absolutely LOVED this special visit! They enjoyed a story about therapy dogs, got to see some awesome tricks, and learned how to properly ask to pet a dog they may not know. Such a fun (and meaningful) experience for everyone!
A huge thank you to Sauce and Julie Freeburg for spending the day with us—you were amazing! 🐶✨

Bringing agriculture to life in the classroom! During National Agriculture in the Classroom Week, students had the opportunity to experience the life cycle of chickens firsthand as chicks hatched in Mrs. Wolf’s room. Classes of all ages stopped by throughout the week to check on their progress, count down the days until hatching, and enjoy hearing their little peeps. A great way to connect hands-on learning with the world around us.
