Brady Public Schools invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for a design-build renovation project. This project will convert our former library into a modern, flexible learning environment that includes:
Classroom Space
Collaborative Learning Area
Functional Storage Space
Project Scope
The selected contractor will provide a full design-build solution, including:
Architectural design and planning
Interior layout and space optimization
Demolition and construction
Project management and coordination of all labor/materials
Compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
Project Timeline
Start Date: June 1
Completion Deadline: August 1

Relevant experience and references
