We’ll also be celebrating Cross Country and Volleyball Parents Night before the start of the Varsity match — come early to honor our amazing athletes and families!

🎃 Our kindergarteners had a fun visit from the UNL Extension Center! They learned all about the pumpkin life cycle, weighed pumpkins, scooped out seeds, and even got to taste one! 🌱🍂
Brady Seniors Explore UNK’s College of Business & Technology! 💻📊 Ms. Axthelm took three seniors to the Loper BizTech Preview Day at UNK, where they explored programs in business, technology, and entrepreneurship. Lydia and Payton even completed the Cyber Demonstration first!
It was an awesome day of hands-on learning, networking, and a look of what college life has to offer.

Our 1st and 2nd graders had an amazing day exploring the North Platte Library and soaking up the sunshine at the Homestead Pumpkin Patch! From reading and building to sliding, bouncing, and playing — it was a day full of learning, laughter, and fall adventures! 🍂✨

Our second graders took a virtual field trip to UNL’s science labs, where they were guided by Brady graduate Tyrell Rossman. Tyrell gave students an inside look at lab safety equipment, shared how scientists use the scientific process in real research, and connected it all to what they’ve been learning in class.

Brady JAG officers Alexis Buck, Violet Gentry, and Helene Hoechtl took their leadership beyond the classroom this week—presenting to the Village of Brady Board about a park improvement project! The class received approval (and paint funding!) to sand and repaint benches and picnic tables in Palmer Park, with plans to refresh the basketball court lines next. Work begins October 20th as the JAG students roll up their sleeves to make a lasting impact on their community!
