Congrats to our volleyball team for winning their first round of conference last night against South Loup! 🏐🎉 Next up, they head to Broken Bow for the semi-finals/finals this Saturday, Oct 19th at 1pm. Let’s show up and cheer them on! Go Eagles!
It all came down to thousandths of a second in an intense race at districts! Zoe Johnson narrowly missed state qualification, finishing 16th. Jayden Tillman earned his highest district placing in four years, also finishing 16th. Violet Gentry and Jocelyn Franzen battled through wind and pain, giving it their all for the team. Edmond Hagin raced with determination as well. A special thank you to seniors Jayden and Jocelyn for your leadership and dedication to making this team what it is!

Brady Kindergarten students had an exciting visit to the Fire Hall! 🚒👨🚒 They learned about fire safety, explored fire trucks, and met our local heroes in law enforcement and emergency services. A big thank you to Brady Fire & Rescue and the Sheriff's Department!
Brady High School Biology students had an exciting hands-on experience during their field trip to the Extension Center for Youth Science Field Day! From using scientific equipment to interactive demonstrations, they learned about the science behind soil and water management while getting their hands dirty in the process. A fun and educational day for all!

MNAC Conference provided great achievement for our high school girls' team receiving runner-up with an 8th place finish by Zoe, followed by Jocelyn in 9th and Violet in 10th. Jayden received a PR on this beautiful morning and finished in 6th place. Jayvin received 3rd place and Liam barely missed out of the top 5 with a 7th place finish.
The fresh fruit and vegetable program is off to a great start! 🍊🍇 Today, the students enjoyed oranges and grapes with some extra excitement from Swoop🦅

The XC team faced tough winds at the Gothenburg Invite, with Jayden Tillman and Edmond Hagin giving it their all. Jocelyn, Zoe, and Violet battled the elements, with Violet Gentry leading the pack. Junior high runners Jayvin Gentry and Liam Maurer showed no fear on the course. Catch them all in action again at the Conference meet this Tuesday at 10 AM in Arnold!

The goal of this program is to expand the variety of fruits and vegetables that our students experience, increase their fruit and vegetable consumption, and offer them a nutritious snack every afternoon! 🥦🍇
Thanks to a generous grant by the Nebraska Department of Education, this program comes at no cost to the district or families! 🎉
